I want my clients to understand that we ARE going to hit challenges along the way… This is all part of the process. I also want them to understand that while we work together, they WILL develop the tools necessary to get through those challenges. People are busy and live busy lifestyles. As a Dietitian, it is my job to simplify eating right. Food is fun and enjoyable. Let’s keep it this way.”
