    Hey #SWEATMEs! We have 3 swim programs starting Saturday, September 6: Mommy, Daddy & Me Swim Lessons, Preschool Swim Lessons, and introducing SWEAT Circuit Swim Clinic.     Mommy, Daddy & Me Swim Lessons

    Swim lessons for you and your 6 month – 3 year old.
    Saturdays: 9/6/14-10/25/14
    9:00 AM – 9:45 AM
    Members: $225
    Non-members: $275

    This parent-child class is a great way to introduce your baby or toddler to the water in a fun, safe and educational environment. Skills such as floating, submersions, freestyle and backstroke arm movement, kicking and blowing bubbles are introduced with songs and games that aim to encourage confidence and skills in young “swimmers”. In the reassuring arms of Mom and/or Dad, the goal of this class is to help your child gain confidence in the water.

    Preschool Swim Lessons

    Swim lessons for your 3-7 year old.
    Saturdays: 9/6/14-10/29/14
    10:00 AM – 10:45 AM
    Members: $225
    Non-members: $275

    It’s never too early to learn to swim at SWEAT! This is a child’s first experience in the pool without parental assistance. The children are taught the basic skills that are the building blocks for swimming. Basic Skills Taught: blowing bubbles, stroke development, floating, and jumping off the side of the pool.

    SWEAT Circuit Swim Clinic

    Open to ages 14-Adult
    Class size is limited to 15 swimmers, so register early
    Saturdays at 11:00 AM – 11:45 AM (9/6/14-10/25/14) OR
    Wednesdays at 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM (9/10/14-10/29/14)
    Members: $160
    Non-Members: $200

    Team style swimming without the competition. This 8-week session incorporates lap swimming similar to that of a team in training. All 4 major competitive stroke styles will be used, as well as pull buoys, fins swimming paddles. This class is open to all levels, but you should be able to swim 50 yards (2 laps) without stopping. Each class will be a progression of the previous class, as you build your endurance and skills and push yourself through time trials and IM’s.
