Sweat at Home: Workout 1

We want to keep our members active and healthy while we are closed. To help do that we are going to provide workouts you can do at home everyday! Our first workout is going to burn a bit.

​Complete each exercise with no rest between repeat entire workout 3 times.

​15 Burpees
15 Push Ups
15 Sit Ups
15 Jumping Lunges (each side)
15 Air Squats
15 Jumping Jacks
15 Plank Shoulder Taps (each side)
15 Jumping Squats
30 Second Wall Sit
1 Minute Plank Hold
