It’s nice out! For today’s workout pick a distance, a route with some benches and go for a run. Every time you pass a bench stop and alternate between:
20 Push Ups
20 Tricep Dips

If you are going on a shorter run do the exercises until failure at each bench.

For an extra challenge do the push ups with your feet on the bench instead of your hands.
