Happy Memorial Day! Today we’re doing MURPH quarantine style. MURPH is a well known workout that is repeated by athletes everywhere every Memorial Day to honor fallen Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy.

​Complete the below. You can break up the Kettlebell Swings (pull ups if you have a bar), push ups and air squats any way you like but the cardio has to be done before and after all the repetitions. Let us know how fast you complete it!

​1 Mile Run or 10 minutes of cardio of your choice.
100 Kettlebell Swings
(Get creative if you don’t have a kettlebell! Try a dumbbell, cat litter, detergent, or fill up a backpack)
200 Push Ups
300 Air Squats
1 Mile Run or 10 minutes of cardio of your choice.

Tip: A popular way to break up reps is doing 20 rounds of 5 swings, 10 push ups and 15 squats.
