We’re bringing this one back with a few adjustments. Grab a heavy item around your house and perform all the exercises holding the item. Every time you have to put down the item perform 5 burpees.

(Heavy Item tucked into your chest)
25 Weighted Sit Ups

40 Alternating Bicep Curls (Total)
20 Forward Raises
20 Side Raises (Each arm if not together)
40 Overhead Presses

Set 3
30 Alternating Lunges (Total)
30 Squat Overhead Presses
1 Minute Wall Sit
