Today is a good one. Grab a heavy item around your house (the more awkward the better). Perform all the exercises holding that item. Every time you have to put down the item perform 5 burpees.

25 Squat Press (With item of choosing)

20 Alternating Bicep Curls (Total)
30 Overhead Presses
15 Forward Raises

30 Russian Twists (Total)
20 Sit up with Overhead Press at the Top
60 Flutter Kicks
