Every Monday, we’ve got an entire set of free and motivating Group Ex classes to jump-start or maintain your fitness journey. This week, come into SWEAT in costume and upload a pic using #SpookySWEATMEs to be entered to win 3 free months or 5 personal training sessions. We’ve also got a great line-up of Spooktacular SWEAT Cycling, BYOB Yoga, and Blacklight Zumba classes. A full list of our Group Ex class descriptions can be found here.
