Happy Thanksgiving #SWEATMEs! This week is PACKED with great FREE Thanksgiving classes: BURN the BIRD workouts at SWEAT Conshohocken, BYOB Yoga on Black Friday, and more free Philadelphia community classes! “The body achieves what the mind believes” has been on our minds, so we’ve made it possible to make it to a workout every day this week. Here’s our Thanksgiving weekend club hours:

Thanksgiving Day:

Club Hours: All locations except Center City open, 8am-2pm
— Group Ex: Only 5 classes:

  • 9-10:30am: BURN the BIRD @ SWEAT Conshohocken
    • Kickboxing w/ Lisa R, Geriann, Carla, & Paula
    • SWEAT Cycling w/ Betty, Bill, and Amigo
    • Super Circuit w/ Anthony
  • 9:15am: SWEAT Cycling w/ Laura D. @ SWEAT Queen Village
  • 10am: Barre w/ Catherine @ SWEAT Queen Village
