#MondayMotivation: Free Group Ex Classes Week of Nov. 10

“The hardest battle you will fight is between who you are now and who you want to be” is your #MondayMotivation for this week #SWEATMEs!  This week, we’ve got even more free Philadelphia community classes for you to and your buddies to reach or maintain your fitness goals, especially into the upcoming holiday season.  We’ve got two new amazing Boot Camp instructors on Tuesday nights, Naeem Turner and Raquel Redmond, at SWEAT Manayunk, and all of the lunchtime classes at SWEAT Old City are free to the community! Every Monday, check our blog to see our free Group Ex classes for the week.  A full list of our Group Ex class descriptions can be found here.  Make sure to bring local ID and show this blog post to the front desk as your pass to get in.
