#MondayMotivation: Free Group Ex Classes Week of Jan. 26

Since showing up is 80% of the work, bring a friend (or two, or three!) to our FREE Group Ex classes this week to lighten the load of achieving your fitness goals.  The last 20% is guaranteed to be filled with happy workout endorphins.  Classes sure not to disappoint are Marisa’s Power Fusion at SWEAT Old City and Alex Holmes’ two Dynamic Flow Yoga classes at SWEAT Queen Village.
