I’m passionate about empowering everyone to fall in love with their bodies and what they can do. With my Ph.D. in Human Sexuality and a background in dance, my interest in fitness is part of a holistic model of feeling better, loving life and making healthy choices. I strive to make each class an opportunity: for fun, for pleasure and for a chance to find out the feats of which our bodies are capable. Dance Party Boot Camp is so much fun you’ll barely notice that you’re getting a better, more diverse workout than you have in years. Pilates is about connecting brain and muscles, and getting better acquainted with the vehicle that is your body. I always loved working out, my parents were coaches, and dance is my spiritual practice. While in grad school, I stumbled into teaching group ex and immediately fell in love. Every year I started added more and more modalities and now I teach 7 days a week! Fall in love with your body and treat it the way someone should be treated whom you love. Do what nourishes it, what makes it stronger, what feels good long-term.
