I like to do EPIC things and have fun while experiencing this thing called life.  I like keeping my mind on positive things, live in the present and not the past, and most importantly live in peace.  I provide a great, energetic, and challenging workout that is simultaneously a lot of fun! You will surely find exercise in disguise. It will be hands down the best hour of your day! A moment of clarity and revelation coupled with a strong desire to feel strong, powerful, and capable.  After losing 65 pounds almost 17 years ago, I never forget the feeling of not being my healthiest. I keep moving to keep it from creeping back. I am still a work in continual progress as we all are if we continue to live and breath. I share my story with others and I motivate them to live fearless, stay focused, believe in what is best for you and never take your eye of that prize.

    • I love taking left over meats , fish, poultry and veggies, stir fry them in EVOO, 5spices, and sesame rice for vinegar for a quick low post workout meal.
