I recently moved to Philadelphia in August and am currently a dietetic intern. I am excited about becoming a registered dietitian and doing what I love: nutrition. I absolutely love puppies, margaritas, and shopping too much (and the gym).I hope people attending class will be sweaty and tired, but also be glad they came to work out. Being sore the next day is always a plus! Becoming interested in cooking and nutrition kick started my journey to be healthy. The next step was getting fit and finding ways to enjoy working out. I’m motivated to stay fit because I want to live a healthy, happy lifestyle. By staying fit I feel good and I can treat myself every once in a while. I want my students to feel the same way about their health – nutrition and fitness are extremely important.
