I am a fun loving, but serious individual. I’m always looking to advance in life and always looking for a good time. I’m a weird combo of serious motivation and a goofball. I will provide the proper work out for your fitness level, too hard? I’ll adjust for you. Too easy? Let’s get harder.  A desire to be the best I can be, started me on my journey to fitness. When I am fit I feel better about myself, thus I must always stay fit.  To motivate my students I get to know them and figure out what is personally motivating them.
