I like my music loud I like to yell even louder, and I like those that attend my class to leave exhausted. I like to make my class challenging for all fitness levels, focusing on the connection between mind and body. Hopefully you’ll push yourself beyond your expectation and love the music. I was an inactive pudgy kid. I woke up one morning in my early twenties and said enough! I haven’t stopped since. I remind myself that I can and therefore I should. There may come a day when I can’t. I tell them to take advantage of the time they are here. Don’t waste it.
