I’m a very outgoing person. I always have a smile on my face. Pretty laid back and chill kind of guy. I am shy at first but I break out of my shell really quick lol.  The experience is one you will never forget. The class will definitely bring out the best in you. We are one big family enjoying the pain of getting into shape. Always pushing one another to go the extra mile. I began my road to fitness back in 2012. I just finish playing college football, and my weight was a little more than what you needed to be. So I challenged myself to get in the best shape I could achieve. My motivation are my family, students and friends. I want to show that anything can be done through hard work and dedication. Being fit is not a quick fix it’s a lifestyle.  I push my students to be the best they can be. Just like life there will be hard times but you have to do whatever it takes to get the job done.

Name and recipe of your favorite healthy meal / snack / drink: Cookies & Crème Protein Oatmeal w/ Peanut Butter

  • ½ cup Quick Oats
  • 1 scoop Cookies & Crème whey protein powder (or your choice of protein)
  • 1 tbsp all natural crunchy PB ( or your choice of PB)
  • 1 cup unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (or water)
  • Directions:
    • Put the oats and milk/water in a bowl, then microwave for 2 mins
    • Once it’s done cooking add the PB and Protein the bowl.
    • Stir it up if it’s too thick, add more milk/water to get it to your liking.
