I am a strong, compassionate, adventurous instructor. #SWEATMEs can expect a good workout with all the benefits of yoga. In my classes, we do core work, experiment with fun poses, and work up a pretty good sweat. When I was younger, I was chubby and unhappy, so I decided to change my eating habits and start exercising a bit. I’ve been on this journey now for over ten years, and I’m just now in a place where I’m eating and exercising the way that feels best for me. I remember how much I spent on my skinny jeans! Just kidding… but it’s all about balance. I let myself slide every once and awhile, but if I take too much time off from practicing yoga or working out, I feel mushy, sluggish, and weak. I enjoy motivating my students through example – doing the workouts with #SWEATMEs helps it feel like we’re all in it together.
