Our goal is your safety

We missed you so much and are so excited to announce we will be having a soft opening Monday, July 20th 2020. We’ve got everything you need to know about what we are doing to keep you healthy and safe right here. Please read through the information below so you know what to expect before your next visit. We can’t wait to see you!

We have new temporary hours for next week’s soft opening.

before you visit

Appointments Are Required

Appointments will be required for club visits due to limited capacity. You must be a member to schedule. Guest/Day Passes will be temporarily on hold. Members may book via the Sweat Fitness app or through our website up to 72 hours in advance. Each session is limited to 75 minutes and one per-person per-day to ensure that everyone gets a chance. Members will be asked to leave promptly after their session is over.

when to stay home

If you have any symptoms of COVID-19 or have been in contact with anyone who has tested positive in the last 14 days, please stay home. If you have traveled in the past 14 days, please stay home.
Members are required to contact support@sweatfitness.com if they test positive for COVID-19 within 14 days of their last club visit.​

Personal Training

Personal Training is available! Please contact your club or trainer to schedule your session.

no group fitness

We not hosting any group fitness classes temporarily. You can still tune into our LIVE classes Tuesday-Friday on Instagram LIVE.

COVID-19 Guidelines

FACE MASKS

Face masks are required at all times when in the building. If you can’t perform an exercise while wearing a mask then don’t do it.

SOCIAL DISTANCING

Please practice social distancing by staying 6 feet apart at all times. There will be no “working in” on a machine so please be mindful of loitering. Members will only be allowed to spot for another if they are within the same household.

SANITIZE

Members are asked to sanitize their hands when they enter the gym and regularly throughout their workout. Sweat has added hand sanitizing stations throughout each club to make it easier to sanitize throughout a workout.

EQUIPMENT

Members are required to wipe down each piece of equipment before and after use. Sweat has also added a “wipe down crew” to frequently wipe down equipment throughout the gym.

TOWELS/Showers

Towel service and showers will be temporarily unavailable. If you would like a towel please provide your own.

No Show Policy

We are temporarily waiving our new No Show Policy for the first week! In the future members will be charged a no-show fee (using the card on file) if they do not show up for a scheduled visit or personal training session. By scheduling a visit you are agreeing to this policy.

how to reserve online

To access our scheduling calendar you must visit MYiCLUB.

Sign in to your MICO account using your username and password. If you do not have an account you can register for one here.

If you already have an account and have forgot your username or password, please select forgot username or password and follow the prompts. An email will be sent to the email address you used when you originally registered for your MICO account.

Select the “Classes” tab in the top left corner.

If you need to book at a different location, you can toggle to other locations by clicking the underlined location name at the top of the screen.

Click “Enroll Now” next to your session of choice. When making a reservation, a terms and conditions prompt will appear. All members must complete a health declaration before each visit.

Click “My Activities” in the top left corner to review your reservations, cancel a reservation, or to remove yourself from a waitlist.

how to reserve On our app

You can find our app on the Apple or Google Play stores. It is free to download.

If you’ve never used the app before, follow these instructions to set it up:

  1. If you don’t already have a MICO account, register for one here.
  2. Open the app. At the bottom of the screen, select Login/Sign Up.
  3. Select Create Account at the bottom of the next page. This is different then your MYiCLUB account but you can use the same information.
  4. Select your home club and enter your barcode number and personal information. You will then be asked to create another username and password. 
  5. On the next page, in the top right corner, select Go to App.
  6. Once you’re in the app, open the “My Account” tile and enter your MICO username and password. This is where you’ll be able to update your billing info and view check-ins and more.

On the main menu select “Find a Class”

If you need to book at a different location, you can toggle to other locations that you have access to by clicking “Locations” at the bottom of the page.clicking the underlined location name at the top of the screen.
