Sweat Class Descriptions
The intense abdominal workout solution for all levels that focus on toning and defining abdominals- helping to maintain good posture and a healthy back.
This class when done consistently will give you the six pack you have always wanted! 15 straight minutes (or more) of core work using a variety of different exercises using upper, lower and oblique muscles ending with a stretch.
A 55 minute fusion of Ballet, Yoga and Pilates targeting all of the muscle groups while creating a well balanced, long, lean and strong body. Set to a great musical playlist that is sure to inspire.
Bike and Bootcamp
This class starts with a cardio workout on the bikes for about 20 minutes then continuing on with intervals of weights, bands and lots of core work.

High Intensity Interval Training to burn calories, build strength and endurance. Start with calisthenics warm-ups and then blast through 3 rounds of exercises that range from cardio conditioning to toning with weights. Burn more, go harder and push into your next level of fitness.
Box and Burn
High intensity cardio kick boxing. Vigorous intervals of boxing moments, kickboxing movements as well as bootcamp style HIIT movements. Bags and gloves are used during these classes. Gloves are available at the club by first come first serve, however we recommend that you do purchase your own.
Box and Core
This class mixes up intervals of boxing for a great cardio workout ending with abs and a stretch. All levels welcome.
This class is 75 minutes of high energy heart pounding cardio including boxing, plyometrics, conditioning training movements interspersed with resistance using bands, weights, body weight and sliders ending with 15 straight minutes of core and, of course, a relaxing stretch to send you on your way, all levels welcome!
Get a full body workout including cardio while visiting different stations all around the gym. A great way to learn new exercises and learn how to use machines!
This intensive class will incorporate moves for lengthening and strengthening those mid-body muscles. Challenging exercises will focus on building core strength, endurance, and flexibility.
One hour of total body sculpt using balls, bands weights body bars, and Pilates rings. Definitions is for all levels (everyone works at their own pace) and reaches deep into the body to tone and stretch every inch of it. Lots of abs with a relaxing, slow stretch after every class. Great way to get your gym workout in the Group Ex room.
High intensity class to burn calories and build strength by mixing in light cardio, weights and circuits. Burn more, go harder, and push into your next level of fitness.
60 minutes of total body bootcamp that uses strength training and stress relief movements to help you sweat the day away.
Or High Intensity Interval Training is a training technique in which you give all-out 100% effort through quick intense bursts of exercise followed by short sometimes active recovery periods HIIT gets and keeps your heart rate upend burns more fat in less time.
HIIT and Tone
Increase your cardio endurance during this class by increasing and lowering your heart rate during this class. Not only will you work your heart but you will also get your muscles burning to build strength!
House Party Fitness
House Party Fitness is a dance fitness/cardio hip-hop program using the hottest urban music from Old School to New School. Resistant bands and weights are used in combination with cardio to increase calorie burn.

PiYo is a Yoga and Pilates inspired workout that uses low-impact, high-intensity movement to burn fat while building long, lean muscles.
A continuous flow of intense cardiovascular conditioning exercises designed to target individual muscle groups; strengthening, toning, and defining; working both aerobically & anaerobically.
A blend of Ashtanga, Iyengar and Bikram styles of Hatha Yoga which build strength, stamina and total body conditioning.
Ramp It Up
A combination of aerobic conditioning, strength training, and sports performance enhancement. The class is centered around the incline ramp at the Queen Village gym and participants burn their way through one hour of hill sprints, bear crawls, and various strength training exercises. Ideal for those looking to lose a few pounds, tone up, and/or increase their athletic performance.

Ropes, Abs, and Weights – Jump the rope, climb it and ungulate/thrust it! Get some core and dumbbell work in-between. Work hard, but feels like you’re playing!
Intervals of boxing, kickboxing (both on the floor and on the “Ft Boy”), combined with strength training exercises and cardiovascular drills make this a challenging cross training class.
One hour of intervals using a water rower and treadmills followed by body weight intervals and abs. Finish out class with a stretch and cool down.
This class is a great opportunity to meet other runners and get your miles in different routes and sometimes speed work this class is for runners only, not beginners. Sometimes the class will end at a local bar to grab a drink with your new friends if you choose.

Sculpt and Tone
Sculpt your whole body using light weights and bodyweight. Then tone up your muscles through cardio and HIIT Training.
Spin & Core
This class will take you through 45 minutes of intervals of hills and speed followed by getting off the bike for 15 minutes of core work.
One hour of full body resistance training using balls, weights, body bars and bands total body workout in a group fitness setting.
A combination of aerobic conditioning and strength training for all levels that bring variety to your fitness regimen. Instructors design your workout using a combination of cardiovascular and strength training exercises.
Super Strong (Functional Fit $10.00)
A cross fit style class with 4 met-con style workouts including Olympic lifts. This is an intense class but packed with a team experience filled with fun. come with your goals.

SWEAT Dance Party
Think Zumba on steroids. More of a workout than the average dance class, more of a party than your average boot camp. Prepare to have so much fun that you don’t even notice you’ve sweat your face clean off.
Class is characterized by moderate to high fitness levels, dynamic movement, and creatively sequenced postures. Vinyasa is an open system, in which other styles are easily incorporated, usually Ashtanga and Iyengar.
Don’t sit on your couch all weekend! The Weekend Warrior Class uses weights, cardio, and intense circuits to help take your fitness to the next level! So come join Weekend Warriors, and leave the couch potato behind!
Learn the fundamental postures and movements that will introduce you to the practice of yoga. You will learn the basics of Ashtanga (power yoga), Iyengar (alignment and precision), and Vinyasa flow (creative sequencing). Class will move according to fitness/ ability of group. (All Levels)
Is a new spin on traditional Yoga class. The poses are basic and incorporate light weights and sometimes cardio bursts. Core work is always included. This class is for all levels and is a mind/body workout that will leave you feeling worked out and stretched out.
A fun and effective class, using interval training combining fast and slow rhythms for an effective aerobic workout while at the same time targeting your legs, abs, glutes and arms.
