  • Mommy/Daddy and Me

    This class is designed to help parents introduce their children to water in a fun, safe and educational environment. In the reassuring arms of Mom or Dad children experience pre-swimming skills such as floating, kicking, and blowing bubbles. Members: $250, Nonmembers: $300; Saturdays 9:00am-9:45am

  • Preschool Instructional Swim Lessons (3-5 years)

    This is a child’s first experience in the pool without parental assistance. The children are taught the basic skills that are the building blocks for swimming. They will also learn about pool safety. Members: $250, Nonmembers: $300; Saturdays 10:00am-10:45am

  • Youth Instructional Swim Lesson (6-14 years)

    Register today for these 10-week sessions. Members: $250, Nonmembers: $300; Saturdays 11:00am-11:45am. Please call the aquatics instructor for specific dates: 215-564-0303

  • Pool Parties

    Let SWEAT Fitness host your child’s birthday party in the pool!! Parties are for two hours, time spent either in the pool, on deck or in the studio. Studio is also available for an additional fee. A minimum deposit of $100 is required to reserve the party. The cost per child is $30, payable the day of the party. A certified lifeguard is always on duty and a party coordinator will insure a fun time in the studio, which is included in your child’s birthday party package.   • Group Ex Aquatic Classes

    Aqua Motion – Water Aerobics for fitness and wellness. Make a commitment to being fit for life with stretching the joints. This class will improve flexibility, strength and circulatory endurance Splash & Burn – Intermediate water aerobics, Splash & Burn will get you moving with cardio intervals and butt blasting kickboard work. Participants should be able to swim a full lap without stopping.may start unless payment is received Please check out the monthly Group Ex Schedule for times

  • Fees and Contact

    Payment- Private lessons can be paid in cash, check (payable to SWEAT Fitness), or credit card. Credit card payments are processed at the time of purchase. No private lessons or classes may start unless payment is received

  • Attendance

    On Time Policy – All classes and private lessons will start on time. Please arrive a few minutes early to allow for changing and preparation for class. All swim lessons must be paid in full, no refunds. No substitution for the registered student is permissible. Only the person(s) signed up for the lesson can make the lesson. All private lessons and registered classes must be completed during the SWEAT term (Fall, Winter, Spring, Summer) during which they are purchased. Please provide your own towels and floatation gear (swimmies)

  • Make-up Policy

    SWEAT does not supply make-ups for missed lessons or late arrivals of student except lessons missed due to pool problems or unscheduled closing of facility or lessons missed due to instructor absence or tardiness (10 minutes or more)
